RespiCalm Instant contains:

- Elderberry, Indian gentian vitamin C and zinc support the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue.
Daily intake :
Children > 6 years: 1 to 2 capsules (depending on age) daily between meals, no longer than 1 week
Adults : 1 to 3 times 2 capsules daily between meals for up to 1 week
